LFR were commissioned to undertake the renovation of this wooden floor within a school. The school had recently undergone heavy remodelling , leaving large gaps in the floor. The spec given to LFR was to extend the floor and match the existing wood as close as possible.
In order to achieve this, LFR sourced European Oak engineered boards that were almost identical in terms of characteristics and size and created this seamless continuation.
After the floor extension had been completed, we undertook a full restoration across the entire floor to achieve a uniform finish in line with our clients aspirations and design brief.
